Funambol, an open source cloud-sync company, has completed a $3 million round of funding from HIG Ventures, Pacven Walden Ventures, and Nexit Infocom. The company’s service helps users synchronize portable devices like laptops and tablet computers with networks and stationary systems over the Internet.
