Lowell McAdam, CEO of the nation’s largest wireless provider is weighing in on whether the proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA is a good deal. The Justice Department has sued to block the merger over concerns that the combination of the second largest and fourth largest carriers in the U.S. could hurt competition and leave consumers at a disadvantage when it comes to choice and cost.
