Microsoft Lets Tulalip Slip

Visitors to Socl.com will see a message reading, “Thanks for stopping by. Socl.com is an internal design project from a team in Microsoft Research which was mistakenly published to the web. We didn’t mean to, honest.” And so the web is atwitter with rumors, and not because of the above statement’s very British use of “which” instead of “that.” Yesterday, Fusible happened upon a landing page a Socl.com for a Microsoft service called Tulalip that some speculate will be the software giant’s response to Facebook and Google+.
