
Just six months after unveiling a 25-point plan to overhaul the government’s IT management system, White House Chief Information Officer Vivek Kundra is calling it quits. The first ever CIO for the federal government leaves to hold a joint fellowship at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
