SageTV, a company known for services that “help create and control your media center from multiple devices,” has been acquired by Google. The obvious speculation is over which functionalities will be snapped up by Google for their own multimedia efforts within Google TV and, possibly, Google cloud services. Google TV currently lacks native DVR capability–a service offered by SageTV–so there’s that possibility. READ MORE
