Samsung Asks for iPhone 4S Source Code

Samsung and Apple are at it again. In another round of the battle for mobile dominance, Samsung has filed a preliminary injunction against the new iPhone 4S and is requesting the source code for the device. This comes after Apple won a preliminary injunction against Samsung, effectively blocking the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in several countries, including Australia, where the latest chapter is unfolding.
In the latest move, Samsung, arguing that Apple has violated its patents, is also requesting details on Apple’s subsidy agreements with Australian carriers. Will Apple comply? And what does this mean for current iPhone 4S owners?
According to TechCrunch’s Jordan Crook, Apple will likely comply, but this might not have any effect on the device, since the iPhone is already on the market.
