Almost All Windows Phone Users Can Now Get Mango

It’s official: If you have a Windows phone, you can now have Mango [1]. Microsoft confirmed [2] on Wednesday that it has now made the newest version of its mobile operating system (Windows Phone 7.5, A.K.A. “Mango”) to “nearly everyone in the current delivery pool.” Mango is now being supported by most major carriers worldwide, on most phones, with a few laggards testing the new platform on a few phones, Microsoft says. Those few who still can’t get Mango can check on when they will at Microsoft’s “Where’s my phone update?” [3] page.

There’s one glitch some users are reporting: Keyboards that either fail to pop up or disappear mid-sentence. Microsoft says it knows about this problem and is working to fix it.
