
As if the online video space wasn’t crowded enough already, YouTube might soon add 25 channels of all-original content, hoping to compete with the major television networks.It’s currently little more than rumors, but if they prove correct, it will cost YouTube $150 million to fund the product. Companies like Warner Bros., BermanBraun, and FremantleMedia are supposed partners. The project could go live in early 2012.
