Jesta Digital, a mobile-video group, has pledged $15 million toward creating a start-up incubator for businesses looking to move into cloud computing, social media, and mobile web technology.The incubator, Jesta Labs, will work independently of Jesta Digital and will feature a staff of developers, marketing staff, and product managers to work with the new companies. Right now, Jesta Labs is incubating three companies started by Jesta employees. An announcement on one incubated-business will come in the next few weeks — so will a push to open up Jesta Labs to outside developers.
