Facebook Adds New Ways to Filter Content in Your News Feed

We talk frequently about how to monetize [1] your efforts on social media. Today we’ve got some bad news. Facebook [2] is making it easier for people to filter what arrives in their news feeds, potentially undermining your best well-crafted marketing efforts.Facebook users, all 750 million [3], now have the options of viewing customized “Smart Lists” and designate how frequently you want the users on those lists to appear in your news feed. For example, Smart List with your close friends will bring more posts to your feed than an a Smart List of your acquaintances. Or maybe a Facebook will add that business to a “Seldom-Show” list — that company overloading them with content.
