We all know that complaining on Twitter can be an effective way to grab a company’s attention. But if you don’t think you and your 23 followers are enough to make an impact, consider ComplainApp [1].
This new app makes it super easy to complain about a company that’s wronged you–and to find others with similar complaints about the same company. You can retweet their gripes–and they can retweet yours, adding more oomph and increasing the likelihood of a response.
The app is free but requests a donation–only after it’s helped you get a satisfying result from a company that wronged you.
