Tumblr Is Drinking Wine; MySpace Is Huffing Spray Paint

Why is Tumblr like wine? “A quiet night with a couple of friends, and a couple of their friends. Spilling nostalgic stories, flipping through photo albums, singing favorite songs,” explains the new Internet Vices [1] chart from HappyPlace.
Twitter, on the other hand, resembles cocaine: “Cheap. Short. Fruitless.” YouTube is tequila shots–you do one at a friend’s invitation but wind up having several more than you planned. The reason MySpace resembles sniffing spray paint? “You will be perceived as having the mindset of a middle schooler.”
Oh, and Gmail is like caffeine pills: Makes you more productive but leaves you exhausted and dependent.
