Netflix to Reach 43 New Countries

Netflix has announced that they’ll be reaching out to a total of 43 new countries in coming months. The company is expanding to markets in Latin America and the Caribbean despite little information on how much demand there may be in these areas for streaming videos.
Netflix said in a statement that subscribers in Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean will be able to watch streaming video from America as well as local and global providers. Video will be available in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Otherwise, the service will look much like it does in the United States, with subscribers paying a monthly fee for unlimited access to Netflix’s bank of streaming videos.
