Ren Ren, “Facebook” of China, Goes Public

There has been talk of this for months but it’s now official. Ren Ren, the Facebook-like social network of China is going public with a valuation $4.3 billion. What’s really interesting is that this IPO might illustrate what would happen if Facebook, Twitter or any other major social media business were also to go public.
